Sylas Paul "Foxie" Conway, 61, of Cabot, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, March 6th, 2013 at his home. He was born September 4th, 1951 in North Little Rock to the late Sylas Paul and Billie Sue Conway Sr. Paul was very devoted to his family and friends. He was a very loving husband, father, and GPaw; and he took great joy in serving others, never expecting anything in return. He was an avid sports fan, who loved the Razorbacks and the Yankees. He was a graduate of Arkansas Tech University. After 18 years of service to the City of North Little Rock as assistant finance director, he opened Crown Trophy of Cabot. Cherishing his memory are the love of his life, best friend, and wife of 38 years, Janice Finchum Conway; his two daughters, Kerri Seigrist (Robert) and Beth Johnston (Stephen); nephew Christopher Brown; and four grandchildren, Jacob, Lincoln, Victoria, and Anderson, all of Cabot; and a host of friends and other relatives. A memorial celebration of his life will be held at 4 p.m. Sunday March 10th, 2013 in the chapel of Griffin Leggett-Rest Hills Funeral Home, 7724 Landers Road, North Little Rock (501) 835-3515 with Pastor Bryan King officiating.
