Frankie Lou Haynes

Frankie Lou Schilders Haynes, age 88, of Crossett, Ark. went to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on March 19, 2014. Mrs. Haynes was born on November 18, 1925 in Bradley County to her parents, W.A. (Ned) and Willie Beatrice Schilders. She retired from the Arkansas School for the Blind in 1994. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend to anyone she met. She loved and lived to serve others. She especially enjoyed traveling, playing board games with her family and working crossword puzzles. Mrs. Haynes was preceded in death by her parents; her husband of 64 years, R. W. Haynes, an infant daughter, Yvonne Frankie Haynes; her sister, Robbie Featherston and a grandson, Frank Clinton Haynes. Survivors include two sons, James Ronald Haynes (Rose) of Virginia Beach, Va., Roy Donald Haynes of Crossett, Ark.; a daughter, Sharon Joan Jackson (Walter) of Crossett, Ark.; one brother, William Tracy Schilders (Lois) of Crossett, Ark.; six grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; her beloved nieces and nephews and their families and a special neighbor, Jimmy Pippen. Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Saturday, March 22, 2014 at Jarvis Chapel Baptist Church with Bro. Lloyd Gibbs officiating. Interment will follow at Crossroads Cemetery under the direction of Jones Funeral Home of Crossett, Ark. (www.jonesservice.com). Visitation will be held from 6: p.m. until 8 p.m., Friday at Jarvis Chapel Baptist Church. Pallbearers: Bryan Thigpen, Billy Haynes, John Haynes, Evan Cutchall, Warren Schilders, Mike Roberts.
