Shirley Foster

Shirley Foster, 79, of Highland, died April 21. Survivors include her husband, David; one son; two brothers; two sisters; two grandchildren; one great-grandchild. Visitation will be Saturday, April 25, 2015 from 5 p.m. until 7 p.m. at the Tri-County Funeral Home Chapel located in Highland.
