Edward "Joe" Nunez

EDWARD "JOE" NUNEZ, age 72, passed away on Wednesday, Aug. 19, 2015. He is preceded in death by his parents, Milton E. Nunez Sr., Helen Smith Nunez Pichon, Mildred Murray Swann Nunez McGaha, and one sister, Mary Ellen Nunez Stroud. He is survived by his brothers, Milton E. Nunez Jr. (Carra), Gene Swann (Mary), Gary Nunez Sr. (Phyllis), as well as, many nieces, nephews and friends. A native of Slidell, La., and a longtime resident of Maumelle, Ark. He worked many years in the aircraft Industry as an inventory and purchasing manager for Little Rock Airmotive, Arkansas Modification Center, Arkansas Aerospace, BAE Corporate Jets, Raytheon Aircraft, and Central Flying Services. He retired in 2007. An avid outdoorsman, Joe loved to hunt, fish, and play golf. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the memorial mass at Honaker Funeral Home, 1751 Gause Bvd W Slidell, La. 70460, on Monday, Aug. 24, 2015 at 3 p.m. Interment in Forest lawn Cemetery.
