CHARLES FRANKLIN WHITE, JR., age 55, of Little Rock and formerly of Sheridan, Ark., passed from this life Aug. 29, 2015. He was born on Jan. 21, 1960 in Little Rock, Ark. to Charles and Lucille White. Charles was an avid outdoorsman and loved camping and nature. He was creative and enjoyed using his special talents in making and creating things to give away to others. Charles knew and loved his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He possessed the ability to show grace and mercy toward others and has blessed all our lives with his tremendous love and humor. He attended Harding University where he obtained a B.S.A. and M.S.A. in Speech and Theater. He is preceded in death by his father, Charles White, and grandparents. Survivors include mother, Lucille Banks White of Little Rock; sisters: Kathy Roe (LeRoy) of Harrison, Ark., Vickie White of Little Rock, Teresa (Terrel) Gipson of Little Rock; brother, Daniel White of Wichita, Kan.; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends. We extend a special thanks to Charles' caregivers where he lived at Hickory Heights in Little Rock and also special love and thanks to Charles' "special" sister, Rebecca Head and to Charles' physician, Dr. Rob Lavender. There will be a private celebration of the life of Charles at a later date with family.
