Esther Lucille (Martin) Koch, 99, of Belleville, Ill., formerly of Jacksonville, Ark., passed away Aug. 28, 2015. Dear wife of Frederick Norman Koch, deceased. Survived by daughter Janice (USAF Lt. Col. Gary) Friedrich, grandchildren Lee-Alison (Scott) Wilson and Capt. Daniel Friedrich (fiancé Amanda Fish), and great-grandchildren Jack, Milie, and Daniela.
