MATTIE FORTE, 83, of Sweet Home, Ark., passed away December 10, 2015. Loving memories left to children: Dorothy Oliver, John Farmer, Betty Forte, Vickie Forte, Paul Forte, Susan Forte, Kenneth (Lori) Forte, and Anthony (Alicia) Forte; 16 grandchildren; 13-great-grandchildren; sister: Annie Farmer; goddaughter: Linda Jefferson; daughter-in-law: Claudine Forte-Johnson; sons-in-law: Walter Oliver and Charles Ashley; brother-in-law: Bob (Betty) Forte; sisters-in-law: Helen Lewis, Ermarie Smith, and Mattie Forte; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins. Funeral services will be held Saturday, December 19, 2015 at 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church of Higgins, 9700 Hwy. 365 S., Little Rock, Ark.
