Henry Herman Heidelberger, 81, of Lexa, died Saturday, July 11, 2015. He was born April 23, 1934 in Hicks, Ark. to the late Warren Carl and Mary Foster Heidelberger. Mr. Heidelberger was a member of Jacksonville United Methodist Church where he taught Sunday School for 25 years. He loved God, his church, his family and farming. Mr. Heidelberger is survived by his wife, Betty Gibbs Heidelberger; children: Henry Herman Heidelberger, Jr., William Ernest Heidelberger, Roxie Ann Wilson, Anna Ruth Noack, and Florence Hope Kingsley; sister, Martha Heidelberger; 16 grandchildren: Stephanie McKenzie (Tim), Danielle Wilson, Kyle Sealy (Andrea), Renee Turner, Curtis Heidelberger, Amy Varela (Alexander), Stacy Coats, Elizabeth Chastain (Brian), J. O. (John Ouston) Noack, Natalie Freeman (Luke), Ariel Kingsley (Jose), Tessa Kingsley, David Glaze, Lee Childers, Dillon Glaze and Jennifer King. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren: Zane Wilson, Levi McKenzie, Leslie McKenzie, Reagan Varela, Jackson Varela, John Graydon Turner, Drew Coats, Michael Daniel Coats, Addison Chastain, Kareline Chastain, and Oliver Noack. Memorials in Mr. Heidelberger's name may be made to the Stuck Fund or United Methodist Youth at Jacksonville United Methodist Church. The Heidelberger family would like to thank the administration and staff of Patient Choice Hospice in Forrest City for their wonderful care and for making the journey easier. Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m., Monday, July 13, 2015 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Funeral services will be 10 a.m., Tuesday at Jacksonville United Methodist Church.
