Kristen Pruss

Kristen Julia Pruss passed away unexpectedly on July 13, 2015 in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 32. She was a member of Christ the King Catholic Church in Little Rock, Arkansas. Kristen is survived by her parents, Frank and Jeanie Pruss, her sister, Margaret (Bob) Albright, her brother, Frank Pruss, and her three beloved nieces, Jeanette, Julia, and Caroline Albright. She is preceded in death by her brother, Matthew Pruss, her maternal grandparents, Andrew and Margaret Freyaldenhoven and her paternal grandparents, Max and Elizabeth Pruss. Kristen was born on April 27, 1983 in Little Rock, Arkansas. She graduated from Mount St. Mary Academy high school and Christian Brothers University. She was a business manager and creative director for Albright Ideas. She served as a leader in the Junior League of Little Rock in a variety of capacities including chair of Girls Realizing Opportunity Within (GROW) and most recently, as Chair of Admissions and New Member Training (APT). Kristen will be remembered for her positive spirit, her beautiful heart, and her determination to get any job at hand completed with both humor and grace. She was driven, committed, and a highly valued employee and league member. She was truly a light shining in her family and friends lives. She was full of love and life and lit up the room when she entered it. She had a huge heart and enjoyed giving her time and talents to her family and friends. She adored her three nieces and was so proud to be their godmother. She was actively involved in their lives and loved watching them grow. She was deeply loved by her family and friends. A visitation will be from 6 to 7 p.m., Thursday, followed by a rosary service at Christ the King Catholic Church. Mass of Christian burial will be 10 a.m. Friday at the church. After the mass, the graveside service will be held at Immaculate Heart of Mary Cemetery in North Little Rock. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Kristen's life.
