Syble Pettiit

Syble Pettit, 84, of Humnoke went to be with the Lord on June 15, 2015. She was born on January 5, 1931. She was the owner of Dismuke's Store in Humnoke for 65 years. She was a member of the Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church of Humnoke. She loved her church very much and especially the pastor Mitch Dulaney. Syble loved to be around people and greeted everyone with a smile when they came into her store and after you visited her store she would always say "Hurry Back". She is survived by her brother Sonny Pettit of Humnoke and many nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be Saturday June 20th at 11 a.m. at Macedonia Missionary Baptist Church of Humnoke. Visitation will be a drop in visit at Dismuke's Store Friday June 19th from 4-7 p.m. Burial will be at Flynn Cemetery. Wilson Robison Funeral Home will be in charge of the arrangements.
