Bennie Edwards

Bennie Edwards, 84, of Little Rock, passed away October 14, 2015. Born in Morrilton to Charlie and Mary Satterfield Edwards, he was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a member of the Church of Christ. Preceded in death by his parents and wife, Donna Edwards. He is survived by his son, Tracy Edwards and wife, Barbara of Little Rock; brother, Calvin Edwards of Benton; sisters, Glenna Perry, Evelyn Pope and Florene Stacks; and grandchildren, Michael Jacek Edwards and Alexandra Rose Edwards. Visitation will be held this evening, Friday, October 16 from 5-7 p.m. at Little Rock Funeral Home, 8801 Knoedl Ct. (NW corner I-630 and Barrow Rd.). Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 17 at 11 a.m. at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander, officiated by Rev. Johnny Pope. Arrangements by Little Rock Funeral Home, (501) 224-2200.
