Raymond Houston Skinner, 77, of North Little Rock, Ark. passed away September 22, 2015. Born April 13, 1938 in England, Ark. to Tressie and George "Dick" Skinner. Raymond was preceded in death by his parents, sisters, Peggy Hogan, Beth Venable and brother, Jimmy "Buddy" Skinner, grandchildren Jason and Andrew Skinner, and great-grandchildren Kassidy Smith and Jacob Potts. He is survived by Lillian Skinner, wife of 57 years, his children, Carl, Marvin "Randy", Annette, Darrell, Melinda, Charles Allen and Carroll Wayne, his sisters, Patsy Price and Darlene Cash, 18 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 4 daughters-in-law and 2 sons-in-law.
