HOLCOMB LELAND GUNN, age 85, of Little Rock passed away Monday Sept. 21, 2015. He was born Dec. 26, 1929 to the late Holcomb Leland Gunn and Shirley Hagg Gunn. He was a student of the Hill School and graduated college from Brown University. After college he joined the navy, and served in the Korean War. Then returning to Little Rock, he took over the family business, Gunn Distributing Co. and Indoor Comfort. He later founded Gunn Systems, a computer software/hardware business. After retiring from the computer business he and his wife, Georgiana, opened the I-40 Antique Mall where he worked up until just a few days before his death. They had a love for antiques and enjoyed traveling in his RV searching for treasures. He is survived by his wife, Georgiana Lange Gunn, son, Leland Gunn of Scottsdale, Ariz., and daughters, Diana Burch of Atlanta, Ga., Elizabeth Gunn of Green Mountain, N.C., and Lange Cheek (Richard) of Little Rock, Ark. and three grandchildren, Richard, Catherine and Barron Cheek. A memorial service was held on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2015 at Pulaski Heights United Methodist Church.
