JoAn Marie Kouri

JoAn Marie Dasher Kouri of Conway, Ark. passed away peacefully in her home on Monday, Aug. 31, 2015. JoAn Kouri was born to Robert and Marie Dasher June 20, 1928 in Lewis, Iowa and lived in Iowa, Oklahoma, and California before making Arkansas her final home. She had an illustrious career at the Arkansas State Department of Health. JoAn was preceded in death by her parents, brothers and one son. She is survived by her children, grandchildren and many friends. Memorial services will be held Wednesday, September 30th at 1 p.m., St. Joseph Catholic Church in Conway, with a luncheon reception to follow. JoAn's ashes will be interred at Copperas Springs Cemetery. Family is asking that in order to continue her legacy of love and giving, donations be made to Canines for Disabled Kids (www.caninesforkids.org) in lieu of flowers.
