Charles Leroy Brown, 83, of Little Rock, departed this life on August 5, 2016. He was preceded in death by his spouse, Ernestine Brown; son, Melvin Brown; father, Herbert Brown; mother, Estella Foster; and adoptive mother, Lavenia Starks Jarrett. He is survived by his children, Curtis Brown, Charles Brown, Linda Brown, Calvin Brown, Anthony Brown, and Craig Brown; siblings, Bobbie Jones, James Jones, Willie Jones, and Kenny Jones; 31 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
