Cynthia Lynn Pumphrey, 62, of Junction City, Ark. passed away Thursday, December 22, 2016 at her residence. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, January 15, 2017, at the Rogers Family Center on Haynesville Highway in Three Creeks.
