Winona E. Finley, 76, of Little Rock, passed away December 24, 2016. She was born in Phoenix, Ariz. to Vernon and Regna Sparks who preceded her in death, along with a sister, Marilyn Rossier. She is survived by her husband, Larry Finley; son, Kevin Finley (Kezia) of Greeneville, Tennessee; daughter, Kim Finley of Little Rock; brother, Vernon Sparks (Pat) of Tennessee; grandchildren, Kiran and Kayla Finley; and a host of other family and friends.
