Tom Ed Carter

Tom Ed Carter, 76, Passed away in Springdale on February 20, 2016. He was born in Fort Smith, Arkansas to Ed and Mailee Spillers Carter on January 23, 1940. Tom enjoyed woodworking and fishing. He was active in the Jaycee's and his Northside School Alumni Band. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Shelby Carter of 56 years, one son, William Carter, and one daughter, Tommina Carter. Survivors include one son, Clay Thomas Carter of Springdale, one daughter, Kelly Marsh and husband Jim of Lowell, one brother, Richard Carter and wife Patty of Bella Vista, six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
