Thettie Sue Buzbee Price

Thettie Sue Buzbee Price, age 80, and a resident of Franklinton died at 5:02 p.m. Tuesday July 12, 2016 at Lakeview Regional Medical Center. She was a native of Hampton, Ark., and a resident of Mobile, Ala., for over 50 years. She had retired after 28 years at the Scott Paper Assembly Plant near Mobile. Thettie has lived with family in Franklinton for the last 4 years where she enjoyed sitting and swinging on the back porch while drinking her coffee. She also enjoyed making crafts, sewing and quilting. She liked to travel and had taken several cruises in recent years. Thettie also liked to read and spend quality time with her family. Survived by: Son and Daughter in law: James David and Lorie Price of Franklinton; Daughter and Son in law: Terry Ann and Al Owens of Bay Minette, Ala.; Two Granddaughters and Spouses: Abby Price Jenkins and Trey Jenkins, Kelby Price Dorsett and Chad Dorsett all of Franklinton; Six Grandchildren: Liam Jenkins, Wyatt Jenkins, Nick Jenkins, Kayleigh Penton, Jackson Dorsett, Jathan Dorsett; Sister and Brother in law: Diane and Hubert Grice of Kingsland, Ark.; Two Brothers and Sisters in law: E.T. and Vertie Mae Buzbee, Larry and Barbara Buzbee all of Hampton, Ark.; Also numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, James Cloyce Price; her parents, Troy Buzbee and Christina Strickland Buzbee and a sister, Mildred. A graveside memorial service will be held at 10 a.m. August 6 in the Campground Cemetery near Hampton, Ark., with Bro. Garland Skidmore officiating. Obituaries can be viewed online at www.crainfh.com.
