Carolyn Ann Nelson

Carolyn Ann Woodward Nelson, 68, of Alexander, joined her Heavenly Father and her loving husband of 46 years on Saturday, June 18, 2016 at John McClellan V.A. Hospital, Little Rock. She was born October 6, 1947 to Herbert Woodward and Evelyn Parrish Woodward. She served in the U.S. Army and was a homemaker. She especially loved her children and grandchildren and her fur babies Socks and Ginger. She is preceded in death by her father, mother, and three sisters. She is survived by son, William E. Nelson, Jr. (Theresa), daughter, Anne C. Barnett (David); sister, Patsy Plott; grandchildren Tearyn, Isabelle, Gavin Barnett; Abigail, Gabrielle Nelson. The best memorial would be to love your families. Memorial service will be held at a future date at the Arkansas Veterans Cemetery. Services entrusted to Arkansas Cremation.
