Billye Dean Williams passed away on March 24, 2016 in Waldron, Arkansas. She is survived by two aunts; Gladys Thompson and Maude Montgomery, friends and other family. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. March 26, 2016 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with burial in Sanders Cemetery.
