Daniel Wilbur Fernau

Daniel Wilbur Fernau, (69), of Ward, Arkansas, passed away suddenly on March 24, 2016 in Searcy, Arkansas. He was born in Ainsworth, Nebraska on November 23, 1946. He was preceded in death by his brother, Mike Fernau, and his father, Wilbur Fernau. He was loved and cherished, survived by his mother, Dorie Fernau, his wife, Linda Fernau, sons, Dion (Michelle) Fernau, and Aaron (Betty) Fernau, Mike (Erin) Fernau, daughter, Paula Fernau, his beloved grandchildren, Kacy Fernau, Megan Fernau, Dallon Fernau, Walker Walsborn, Nicholas Filbert and Allison Filbert, his siblings, Tony, Dot, and Randy, along with hundreds of family members who loved him dearly. Dan was an amazing father, phenomenal grandfather, an avid hunter and fisherman, and he could do anything to which he put his mind. Our hearts are broken. After cremation, services will be held at a later date.
