Fay Plummer, 90, of Piggott, Ark., passed away October 20, 2016. Funeral services will be Monday, October 24, 2016, at 11 a.m. at the United Pentecostal Church. Visitation will be Sunday at the United Pentecostal Church in Piggott, Ark., at 5 p.m. Hoggard & Sons Funeral Home is in charge.
