Terri Kay Finkbeiner

Terri Kay Finkbeiner, 60, of Mayflower, Arkansas passed away on September 22, 2016 after a hard fought battle with cancer. Terri was born August 27, 1956 in Helena, Arkansas to "RJ" Young and Dolores Young Zandstra. Terri was retired after a long career as a Special Education teacher at Jefferson Elementary. She loved spending time outdoors, especially at the lake with her family, pruning her maple trees and eating pecans. She will be forever loved and missed. She is survived by her husband, Otto Finkbeiner of Mayflower, her children, Lindsey Finkbeiner of Mayflower and Corey Finkbeiner of Mayflower, her mother Dolores (Ken) Young Zandstra and her brother, Michael (Lisa) Young of Poplar Grove. She was preceded in death by her father, "RJ" Young. The family would like to thank Dr. Omer Khalil and all of his staff for the excellent care and compassion she received. Visitation will be held today (Saturday), September 24th from 5-7 p.m. at Griffin Leggett Healey & Roth Funeral Home in Little Rock. Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. on Sunday, September 25th in the Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at Wye Mountain Cemetery in Bigelow, Arkansas.
