Foster H. Gay

Foster H. Gay, 81, of Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on Sunday, April 9, 2017. Foster was born March 17, 1936 in Ft. Smith, Arkansas to the late, Henry and Gretchen Gay. Foster served in the Army and after receiving his BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, he worked for Pickens & Bond. He later worked and retired from Progressive Contractors as a controller. He is preceded in death by his brother, Ernest "Pete" Gay. Foster is survived by his wife of 54 years, Velma "JoAnn" Gay; daughter, Greta Gay; brother, Wayne Gay; and sister, Mary Ugland. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Roller-Chenal Funeral Home, 13801 Chenal Parkway, Little Rock, Arkansas 72211, (501) 224-8300.
