Rodney D. Williams, 57, of Little Rock, passed away Saturday December 9, 2017. He leaves to cherish his memory his mother; Virgina Williams, children; Lycinda Stacker, Rita Brooks Siblings; Tonya Franklin, Deborah Sanders (Mark) and a host of relatives and friends.
