Sarah Maxine Lackie

Sarah Maxine Lackie, 81 of Lonoke left this earthly place to join her husband and other loved ones in heaven on Thursday, December 21, 2017. Maxine was born, March 16, 1936 to Jesse and Roma (Green) Jones. Her life-long work was raising her children and grandchildren and loving every minute of it. Maxine spent many fun-filled times camping and fishing with her husband of 61 years, Joe Lackie. She also enjoyed growing the many flowers in her back yard and watching the birds that visited her many birdfeeders. Maxine was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and a son, Joe Wayne Lackie, as well as a sister, Julia Park. Left to cherish her memory: daughter-in-law, Tami Lackie, daughters, Donna (Jackie) Moore, Judy (Dean) Smith and son Danny (Laura) Lackie; sisters, Carlene (Jake) Brumett, Lola Dozier, Linda (Johnny) Kee; brothers, Jessie (Barbara) Jones, Kenneth (Donna) Jones; grandchildren, John Lackie, Jordan Lackie, Jennifer (Rob) Raysor, Jamie (Alex) Moeller, Jessica Moore (Walker Bevill), Chris Lackie, Heather (Bryce) Harrison, Kelsey (Hayden) Richey; great-grandchildren, Jacob Lackie, Sophia Lackie, Lila Raysor, Merin Raysor, Landen Moeller and Rowan Richey, along with many nieces, nephews and extended family.
