Linda Bilheimer

Linda Bilheimer was born May 3, 1945, in Epping, Essex, United Kingdom, and died November 11, 2016, in Silver Spring, Maryland, leaving a legacy of kindness and mentoring. The Washington Post's "Notable deaths in the Washington area" recognized her accomplishments in health care, health insurance, and health-care policy. She is survived by her husband, Johnny Bilheimer; children, Katina Napper and Joel Bilheimer; sisters, Felicity Hutton and Jan Brown; and four grandchildren. Friends are invited to a family-hosted gathering February 18, 2017, 1:30-4 p.m., at Zin Wine Bar, Little Rock.
