Mary Edwards

Mary Edwards, 90, of Marked Tree, died February 7, 2017 at Baptist Health Medical, Center in Little Rock. Mary was born in Dell, Arkansas, and moved to Marked Tree from Turrell about 67 years ago. Surviving family includes, sons, Robert Scott Jr., and Michael Scott both of Marked Tree, Derrick Edwards of Little Rock, and Randolph Scott and Aruther Lee Scott both of Los Angeles, daughter, Gayle Trimble of Little Rock, brother, Wesley Taylor of Payneway, 20 grandchildren, and a host of great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Services are 11 a.m. Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Anderson Chapel Missionary Baptist Church with Rev. Wilbon Trimble officiating. Burial will follow in Union Grove Cemetery in Gilmore, Ark., directed by Woodard Funeral Service of Marked Tree. Visitation is 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, February 17, 2017 at the funeral home.
