Frank Dobbins

Rev. Frank Roosevelt Dobbins, 78, of North Little Rock, former pastor of the Mt. Sinai MBC in England, Ark., went to be with his heavenly Father February 16, 2017. Preceded in death by his parents, George Dobbins Sr. and Jessie Mae Ransom Dobbins, brothers, Maurice (Joe Boy) Dobbins Sr., Isaiah Dobbins Sr., and George Dobbins Jr; daughter, Rita Justice. He leaves to cherish his memory: wife of 57 years, Eartha Dobbins; children, Marilyn Perkins (Rev.Grady), Faith Racine Jones (Charles), Roosevelt Dwayne Dobbins, Angela Renee Dobbins; seven sisters, Lois Westmoreland, Allene Wilson (Eddie), Erma Scott (Rev.Kenny), Geraldine Williams (James), Minnie Nance(George), Willie Bond (Charlie), Linda Dobbins; three brothers, John Dobbins (Evelyn), Albert Dobbins (Lena), Leslie Dobbins (Marie); 10 grandchildren; great-grandchildren, one aunt, nieces, nephew, cousins, and friends. Family hour will be Friday, February 24, 2017, 6-8 p.m. at Bethel A.M.E. church, 600 Cedar St. NLR, Ark. Homegoing Service will be Saturday, February 25, 2017, 11 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 811 S.
