Frankie Evelyn Harshaw Whyte, 82 of North Little Rock, Arkansas departed this life Saturday, July 22, 2017. She is survived by three sons, Hubert "Pancho" (Lori) Harshaw III, Kenneth "Cisco" (Marilyn) Harshaw, Terence "Ju Ju" (Christy) Harshaw, one daughter, Janene ( Rev. Frederick) Leonard, seven grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
