Modene Turner

Modene Turner 84, of Little Rock, Ark., passed away peacefully on February 26, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Bessie Rounsville; grandchildren, Latasha Thomas and James Clark, Jr. She's survived by: children, Robert, Gwin, Ronald, Donald (Betty), James, John, Sean and Doris (Thomas) all of Little Rock, Ark., Richard of Scottsdale, Ariz., and Kimberly of Memphis, TN; siblings, Henry, Willie and Lillie; thirteen grandchildren; seven great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends. Home going services will be Friday, March 3, 2017, 10 am, at Rufus K. Young Christian Church, 2100 S. Main St., LR, Ark. Interment will follow at Little Rock National Cemetery, 2523 Springer Blvd., LR. Family visitation: Thursday, March 2, 2017, 6-7 p.m., at Ruffin & Jarrett Funeral Home, 1200 S.
