Joyce A. Ross, age 74, of Mena, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, February 28, 2017 in Mena, Arkansas. Mrs. Ross was sent for cremation under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena. Memorial service will be planned at a later time.
