Thomas F. Harbour, 73, of Hot Springs passed away on Saturday, May 27, 2017. He was born in Little Rock, Arkansas on October 4, 1943 to the late John and Hedwig Harbour. He graduated from UALR in 1966 with a Bachelor degree in biology, he then graduated from the University of Houston with a Doctorate of Optometry. He served three years in the U.S. Army and was a Vietnam veteran as a Captain and on completion of his duties was awarded the Bronze Star. Dr. Harbour practiced in Alaska for 15 years before moving to Corpus Christi, Texas where he practiced for 25 years. He retired to Hot Springs, Arkansas in 2015. He is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Kay Crossett Harbour, one son, John (Jennifer) Harbour, one daughter, Sutherland Saulnier, one brother, John Michael (Judy) Harbour, two sisters, Judith (Lindi) Harbour and Kathrine (John) Cook and two grandchildren, Christian Harbour and Katie Harbour. Memorial services will be Friday at 2 p.m. in the Hot Springs Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Fred Hunter officiating. Arrangements are with Hot Springs Funeral Home.
