Bobby W. Carter, age 88, of Monticello, passed away Wednesday, October 27, 2017 at Drew Memorial Hospital in Monticello. Memorial service will be 2 p.m. Saturday, October 28, 2017 at Stephenson-Dearman Chapel. Visitation will be 1-2 p.m. Saturday prior to service.
