Kevan Wayne Osbourn

Kevan Wayne Osbourn passed away September 15, in Rogers. Born in Wakeeney, Kan. Sept. 19, 1958 to Kerrell and Neoma Osbourn. He was preceded in death by his father and grandparents. Survivors include his mother, sister Katrina of Australia, brother Kenneth of California, Krisanne of Louisiana. Several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
