Phyllis Anne Phillips Clark

Phyllis Anne Phillips Clark, 87, finished her life on Monday, April 16, 2018. Daughter of Fred H. and Fannie H. Phillips and mother to Fred P. Strebeck. She has loving family in Arkansas, North Carolina and Virginia. Phyllis Anne graduated from Mount Saint Mary's Academy in Little Rock where she made life long and treasured friends who named their group "The Golden Girls". She attended Little Rock Junior College participating on the swimming and diving teams. Phyllis Anne, a professional interior designer, helped many families and businesses find comfortable and workable spaces in which to live and work. She loved vintage linens, becoming a local vendor and expert in their history and preservation. Her passion of color and design showed in her professional and private life.
