Otis L. Heard Jr., 68, of Little Rock, Ark. departed this life February 16, 2018. He was preceded in death by: father, Otis Heard Sr; brothers, Willie and Gary Heard; sisters, Linda Johnson and Theresa Heard. Otis leaves to cherish his memory: children, Otis III, Anthony, Latrice, Cameron, Carmen, and Crystal Henry-Porter; siblings, Darrell, Ivory and Ricky Heard; 21 grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends.Visitation: Friday, 12-5 p.m. Funeral: Saturday, 12:30 p.m., both at Robinson Mortuary Chapel, LR.
