Frankie E. Andrews

Frankie E. Andrews, 61, of Urbana passed January 2, 2018 in Roland, Arkansas. She was born January 4, 1957 to the late Archie Norman and Verda Ford Norman in Urbana, Arkansas. She united with Mt. Zion #2 Baptist Church where she began playing the piano at the age of thirteen. She was a 1975 graduate of Washington High School in El Dorado. On October 6, 1985 she married Joseph Andrews. She was preceded in death by three brothers, Charles Norman, Willie Travis Norman and Ronnie Norman. Survivors are her husband, Joseph Andrews of Urbana; son, Joseph Q. Andrews of Urbana; daughters, LaToya Hill and Stacey Floyd both of Little Rock; siblings, Acey Norman of Milwaukee, Earnest Norman (Bobbie) of Little Rock, Odell Norman of Chicago, John Norman of Chattanooga, Archie Norman of Enfield, Vera Rankin of Little Rock, Shirley Holly of Roland, Gwendolyn Norman of Katy and Brenda Brannon (Rodney) of Cypress and three grandchildren. Public visitation Friday, January 12, 2018 at Sims Mortuary from 12 noon - 4:30 p.m. Family hour: 6-8 p.m. at Mt. Zion Urbana Baptist Church. Funeral services 11 a.m. Saturday, January 13, 2018 at the Municipal Auditorium. Interment at Mt. Zion Urbana Cemetery under the direction of Sims Mortuary.
