Frances Vale McMoran

Frances Vale McMoran born January 30, 1951 went home to be with the Lord on July 1, 2018. She was 67. Fran was an avid bowler and was secretary/president of many leagues with her last and favorite being Tuesdays 4 Ladies. Her best bowling buddies/friends were Doris, Gina and Tammy. Fran is survived by her loving husband of 34 years, Robert Joe McMoran; sisters, Carolyn Pettyjohn and Stephanie Burket; and her brother, Vance Stegall. Fran is preceded in death by her mother, Ruth Stegall; and brother, Freddy Stephen Back. Fran had a heart of gold and will be missed by many. Memorial Service will be held at Roller-Owens on Sunday, July 15, 2018 at 2 p.m. located at 5509 JFK Blvd. in NLR.
