Russell Bailey Campbell of Damascus, Arkansas passed away on May 13, 2018. The Memorial Service will be held at Bee Branch Baptist Church, 11500 Hwy. 65 S, Bee Branch, Ark. 72013 at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, May 16th. In lieu of flowers the family has asked that you make a donation to a scholarship fund in honor of Russell to continue his brother Riley's education and pursuit of his dreams.
