Bill Hartman, age 57, of Morrilton, Arkansas passed away, Saturday, May 19, 2018. He was born November 13, 1960 in Cass City, Michigan, a son of William Joseph Hartman and Virginia Nutt Hartman. He served in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Marine Corps. He was of the Lutheran faith, and served as a Justice of the Peace, former Deputy Sheriff, and Plumerville Chief of Police. Survivors include his wife, Debbie Blaylock Hartman of Morrilton; son, William Hartman III and his wife Hope of Morrilton; daughters, Beth Brink and husband Steve of Fairgrove, Michigan; Barb Hartman and fiancée Terry Oliver of Saginaw, Michigan; Amanda Riedmueller of Morrilton; grandchildren, Emmalie, Lexi, Deven, Hayla, Daelyn and Garrett. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, David Hartman. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Friday, May 25, at Harris Chapel with Rev. Larry Miller and Carroll Chism officiating. Burial will be at Elmwood Cemetery by Harris Funeral Home of Morrilton. The family will receive friends from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Thursday, May 24, at the funeral home.
