Carl Wayne Smith 81, of Smithville, Oklahoma passed away Tuesday, October 16, 2018 in Little Rock, Arkansas. Funeral Friday, October 19, 2018 at 10 a.m. at Choctaw Community Center in Smithville. Interment will follow in the Ludlow Cemetery under the direction of the Beasley Wood Funeral Home of Mena.
