LAWRENCE LEE BROWN, Lt. Col., USAF, Retired; born Sept. 18, 1929, in Dayton, Ohio; died Aug. 28, 2018, in Little Rock, Ark. Larry is survived by his wife of 13 years Karilyn Boggan Brown, sons Kenneth and Keith, daughter Carol, three grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his first wife, Naomi Jean Cordray Brown, parents Viola and Jacob Brown, and his sister Jean Brown Gassaway. Services will be held on Saturday, Sept. 8 at 10 a.m., visitation at 9 a.m., at Hope Lutheran Church, 1904 McArthur Drive, Jacksonville, Ark. Interment will be 11 a.m. Monday, Sept. 10, at the Arkansas State Veterans Cemetery, 1501 W. Maryland Ave., Sherwood. Funeral services by Smith Sherwood Funeral Home, 7700 Hwy 107.
